5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not access, share, or sell your stored secrets or environment variables. All secret values are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

6. Service Tiers and Billing

DepVault offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per user. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
